Sorry for the long unexplained hiatus - though its far from the first time it's happened around these here parts. Ha!
Between our instagram account randomly breaking and not being able to figure out how to fix, Karen going on a trip to France (oh la la!), and me being in trial prep hell for the last month, the blog definitely took a hit.
Anyway, trying to get back at it. I am now in trial in San Bernardino (almost as glamorous as France!), and it is projected to last another 2-3 weeks so the craziness will continue. In the meantime, I thought I would share how I am styling my three suits over three weeks - not very creatively, unfortunately. Deep apologies for the crappy sideways pic... will try to get some better ones as this continues....
Here is what I wore on day 2 of trial - muted grays and florals.
....not to be all broken record about it but.... OMG WORK IS HARD.
Also, I clearly did not need another black and white skirt (since, at last count, I had six, and I have since added three more....), but this one is just so great! It's from LOFT, because clearly that is the only place I shop anymore, and it's comfy as hell (hello elastic waistband) - plus, it actually looks nice as opposed to looking like a sweat-skirt (which it basically is). The end.
Court day, so I threw a blazer over this in the morning.
Love this top and always forget I have it.
Loved this outfit for some reason - sometimes the simplest ones are the best.
That's all I've got to say.
