I recently did a little online shopping spree at Nordstrom for skirts (sadly, the reason being that I am finally accepting I have gone up a size and that new size seems to be here to stay - oh well), and am so happy with this lovely little A-line number. A girl gets tired of pencil skirts sometimes, ya know? Also - I officially love all things Halogen. I feel like I could just buy everything they make and have the perfect wardrobe.

This is a great skirt! I personally prefer a-line over pencil. When I sit at my desk, a pencil skirt comes up and exposes a lot of my upper legs, vs an a-line kind of fans out over my legs (both for modesty and warmth, ha!)
