Never Fails

Look - a skirt AND some color! It's a big day, indeed.  Once again, I fall back on my beloved black/white (sorta white today)/red combo.... it seriously never fails me.  On another note, I can only think of one other time I have featured this skirt on the blog - it was two years ago and its still one of my all time fave outfits/photos on the blog (see it here, and note that I once again styled it with all black and a pop of red).


Tee: Target (similar)
Skirt: Forever 21 (Love 21 to be exact) (cute pencil skirt option)
Cardigan: Express from a zillion years ago (similar)
Pumps: Sole Society (similar but $$) (less expensive alternative)


Big ole fake pearls: who knows? (fun, edgier option)
Initial Necklace: gift from my hub


Man, I love these shoes.

    I really love your blog! I too am a Mom, and a single Mom for a long time. I appreciate your budget friendly outfits, especially for those on a tight budget :)
