"Is that a dress?" I got that a couple of times today. Nope, it's a nearly-crop top matched with a pencil skirt. I love the skirt, but seldom am able to match it with any more than than a white shirt. This crop top, being bright and floral, has endless possibilities, and the more it clashes with something, the better!
I know I gave up white, or something like that, but the way the weather is looking these days, let the white live on through Indian summer!
