Our annual work picnic takes someplace downstairs. And there is barbecue, ice cream, carnival games, a photo booth, even this dude walking around on stilts. This year, they could not have it someplace downstairs because a massive parking structure is being constructed on that someplace. So, they had it someplace downstairs but off to the north, like in Elysian Park.
