I am totally blog-stalking Franish.  She wore a striped pencil skirt with a blue top and cognac flats on Tuesday and so I did the same thing today (sorta).  Although she looked about 40 times better.
AND I might have to copy her again and buy those flats she is sporting.

AND I look like a weirdo today, as I am unnecessarily squinting but had about 3 minutes to take a pic and blog so this is what you get.

The End.

Sweater: J.Crew / Skirt: The Limited / Shoes: Target / Necklace: The Limited

  1. no way, you look 50x better! I love the slightly alternating thickness of stripes on that skirt.

  2. Both combinations looked pretty good. I would have paired with navy blue by default (a.k.a. lack of imagination) but this blue works really well.

    1. This blue color is way outside of my comfort zone and not a color I would generally reach for. My mom actually convinced me to get it when we were at J.Crew and I am glad she did. Love when I try something different and it works.

    2. I know the feeling. My aunt and mum always encourage me to step outside my comfort zone and I've found that, as long as the fit is good, I never regret it (e.g., wearing red trousers!).

  3. Whatever. You and Fran look equal parts adorable! I love that shade of blue.
